Transportation Overview

Free bus transportation services are provided by your child’s School District of Residence based on the address on file with our school that matches your Proof of Residency documentation (provided each year during re-enrollment). Per district policy, eligibility for transportation services may be limited to a specific radius surrounding the location of the school.

Westerville City School District

As we prepare for non-public, private, and charter school transportation requests for the upcoming 2023/2024 school year, the registration process will remain the same as we did for the current school year. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to request transportation services from the district in which they reside – please find Westerville City Schools’ process outlined below:

As it has been during the past school year, the Enrollment & Family Resource Center’s (EC) physical office, inside the OhioHealth Medical Building, remains CLOSED to the public. We are pleased to share that the entire registration process can again be completed online and there will not be a need for any in-person visit to the either the Enrollment Center or the Transportation Office.

The point of registration will begin online via the Enrollment Center:  www.wcsoh.org/administration/152
